Having 32 or 64GB disk space total plus cost of Android plus cost of Samsung Bloatware UI plus cost of Virtual ram leaves likely no space for apps, videos and photos.
This phone will have no sense to make. And is very costly.
P35 will likely barely runs anything.

We are in 2023 now. Android 13 was released long back. Still they are launching new phone with Android 12 pre-installed with a promise of 2 OS updates. So they will provide only 1 new OS update. Seriously, Google should not allow all the brands to launch new phone with old OS anymore.
