Fitbit is dying because they sold themselves to Google. All companies purchased by Google alway go bankrupt. Another gravestone for Google's past projects page.

First and foremost that Premium should be free. I am wondering why Fitbit ask payment for that Premium membership. Lastly I am from Manila Philippines and still the ECG features is still not activated once i asked our FDA here in Manila. The answer is you fitbit did not apply for the ECG application in our FDA>

Fitbit Premium is a service people have free with a new device then drop it like a stone when they have to pay for it when the year is up.

Fitbit is going down. Bought a sense 2 this xmas but sent it back after 1 week and got my money. 300 for a device that doesn't have apps, heart rate detection is weak, updates are weak, paid subscriptions to access important features, etc and gimmicky features like stress analysis
In their forums they don't care about customers input, they just ignore or give robotic answers. Buy a garmin or another good product if you're serious about fitness and forget fitbit.

I moved away from them many years back. Such a greedy company. Doesn’t care about their customers at all!
