one of the authorised by apple repair shops in my country charges little more than a 110 euro for battery replacement job of an iphone 12 pro max,i dont know from where those prices comming in but its not from apple theirselfs

Looks like I'll be spending $120 + tax to get the batteries replaced on my iPhone SE (1st gen) and X at $49 + $69. I definitely need it for my X at 81%. You can still set an appointment if you place it on the website. Doesn't need to be below 80%. They won't ask.
Not sure it will make much of a difference on my SE1 though because iOS15 wrecked its battery life like 16.2 did to my X. I find the irony with iPhone users. They want their iPhones to be updated forever and ever but turn around and whine that the recent update ruined their battery life.
Apple can be a terrible anti-consumer corporation. As if being worth trillion isn't enough for them.

Rosso, 03 Jan 2023That's one way to force your consumers to buy, what al... moreThose 2 aren't comparable, 2 different type of devices. Compare the price with S22 Ultra, but again S22 Ultra is cheaper even than iPhone 14 Pro in my country, let alone 14 Pro Max.

That's one way to force your consumers to buy, what already quite often are overpriced devices, especially if you are in Europe (fr in my country it's cheaper to buy Z Fold 4 then 14 Pro Max).
