In Airtel, V-I and Jio, people have been facing a lot of wrong connections (hearing someone else's voice for a brief time), no voice heard, call drops, etc. Also, unreliable internet speeds and breaking connections. I myself have been facing this since a few months.
I think some part of it is due to 5G, but I can't be sure. There's a 4G Jio tower outside my workplace, and yes, recently more maintenance people are coming in and working on it, than ever before.

It became 2g again. Not responding half the time.
Airtel even worse. Its been a month for jio , 2 months for airtel.
