The "true" OxygenOS showed this time and time again, OnePlus was in the top recommendations despite all the price hikes. Pricing is not an issue **if** the product is deserving of that price -- the optimized experience in OxygenOS definitely sold devices in the west.

Just put everything and charge $1000-1300. Instead of capped phone for $600. There is Nord and Ace already to fill gap $200-600.
People here have illusion that making phone cheaper and selling cheaper than last generation sales will by magic increase 50%.

48mm camera instead of 78mm, just to increase sensor size.
Downgrade from usb 3.1 to 2.0.
Remove IP rating.
$100 more than Motorola X40, only screen is advantage here.

George399, 05 Jan 2023Losers hating these phone without reasons You mean other than the death of OxygenOS -- an optimized stock Android experience that rivaled that of Google Pixel, and the amazing 3rd-party ROM compatibility that died with the 9 Pro. i.e., the entire point of buying a flagship OnePlus is gone, I'd rather get a Google Pixel and be happy with it.
