And yes wifi was major issue for the longest time but then someone in Samsung forum suggested to turn off wifi throttle option...its much better now.

          Don’t get this peace of cr*p… I own A7 and just recently bought A8 because I was really happy with A7… this one is just bad… it’s slower than A7 it has wifi problems… just get anything other than A8

            I wonder if this will be the last Android version this will have.

              Samsung was too fast on One UI 5
              Tab A8 just received One UI 4.1 on Oct 2022, only 3 month upgrade again to One UI 5
              and Tab A7 Lite also, received One UI 4.1 on Aug 2022, end of last month received One UI 5, only apart 4 months.
              i don see got other brand do like this

                        why Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020) not on the list of A13. its launched on 2020, September 11 with A10. Why it doesn't get third update?

                            realme promise to release android 12 for their realme pad in Q3 2022, still no android 12 update in jan 2023.
