Daemon Targaryen, 09 Jan 2023Even if say this phone doesn't last as long as they cl... moreThe phone isn't even out yet and it's already your favourite? Wtf...

Even if say this phone doesn't last as long as they claim, it still puts the iPhone 13/14 Pro Max battery life to shame. I don't need to buy a case for it. It charges ridiculously fast.

Once you go 22K mAh, how can you go back to batteries below 20K or even a pathetic 4K to 5K on the Z Folds? Yes, it's going to be bulky and heavy. But if I don't need to charge it every few days, why not? Add the fact it actually has a headphone jack and expandable storage with already 256 GB internally, I don't care if it doesn't have 5G.

This is a niche phone that can change people's lives. I own a Flip 3, Razr 5G, Pixel 3, iPhone SE 1, iPhone X, iPhone 7, and Nexus 5. Most already had mediocre to poor battery when first released except my Essential Phone which is heavily degraded. I'm tired of charging all my phones every single day.

A Doogee will end up being my favorite phone of all-time if I don't need to think about charging it for days. Who knew? A Doogee.

Waiting for Mrwhosetheboss to do his (questionable) shockproof phone test with a golf club. 🙃

A crap company! There is no update on phones! Even security updates! Beside the several bugs in Android.
I will never bought a smartphone of this company again!

                >run Android 12 out of the box, but it's unclear how many OS upgrades it will get.

It's clear: it won't. Small Chinese companies which manufacture and sell phones with competitive hardware for a low price don't have software team. They base their phones off one of standard designs from Mediatek and hire OEM to make the firmware for the device. Only premium-ish manufacturers, like Unihertz, pay extra for software support and one OS update to OEM, but many others don't.

That is the reason for these devices to be software-obsoleted right after the manufacturing.

Amazing, but very thick and probably at least half kilo weight.

I'm interested. Tired bringing along my two power banks to keep my Razr 5G, Flip 3, iPhone X, and iPhone SE3 all charged. Hope the price is decent. Never really owned a rugged phone.

Just to mention: "Once launched, it will likely take the crown for the smartphone with the largest battery from Oukitel WP19... “ - that crown has already been taken by the just released "Unihertz Tank"(22000mAh as well, https://www.unihertz.com/en-de/products/tank).

Interesting, till I saw the screen technology. Battery will only feel like a 10k.

Xiaomi mi series needs this battery to score reach 105h on gsmarena battery test

Doubt they'd be keen to push android updates just like most, if not all, of Chinese phones

I wish doogee did better with their hardware & software, they have some of the best designs, but almost all of their phones are plagued with issues.

battery is great ! Not to buy new phone every year.

Actually, this will be tied with the unihertz tank for most battery in a smartphone. and that is assuming that both phones are true to the marketing material.
