Either you have zero experience with such phone, or you were not able to take advantage of 120 Hz. I'm talking about Samsung with One UI. It can be used in practice, if you're not dumb.

It's sad that A54 not coming on January 18. SAMSUNG India's twitter account said A23 5G & A14 5G will show out that day.

So putting a non-adaptive 120Hz screen is pointless as it's undesirable to use it as it will drain battery. It's only to have 120Hz on the spec sheet.

it can't be A54. they put display specs but didn't mention that it's Amoled and that 6.6" screen is a TFT display that Samsung usually puts on lower mid-range phones.

But everything else ran at 120, even when on a app that doesn't support 120fps

The panels used in the A53 is fixed refresh rates. It's either 60 all the time or 120 all the time.
I'm hoping the panel used in A54 will be adaptive or variable.

Is that hard to google advantages and disvantages for both?
Compare them directly and you will find more pros then cons for that "ancient and slow" tech.
You still didn't answer my question. Why are you doing this? Why do you keep fightning with people having different needs and habbits than you. Why do you have to put down every comment talking about sd card slot or 3.5mm jack? It has nothing to do with YOUR needs and habbits. So? Why? I could also ask you why do you always comment something negative but we can do that some other time. I don't want to provoke a guy who can't control him self because somebody has a different opinions, needs or habbits. Lol...
Patiently waiting.

For a long time I wondered how the A54 (6.4 inches) could be the same width as my A70 (6.7 inches) with the same 20:9 aspect ratio. Now things fall into place with these 6.6 inches.

Anonymous, 10 Jan 2023You clearly don't know the power and freedom of an SD Card.Yes I know how slow sd cards are, against the internal storage. Yes I know how much higher faulty rate sd cards have against internal storage. Yes I know how to move on and let the slow stuff die slowly.
I don't even use hdd anymore, because of the simple fact, slow!
