It looks like a rebranded Xiaomi Civi 2.

One of my friends still got a 11 Lite NE yesterday, which in most matters is a better phone.

Rejected 12 Lite, as it didn't have memory card slot.
Headphone jack is missing from the entire Lite series, but it is still ok, as we can use USB-C adaptor, not as convenient, but it works.

    Remember, this is not iPhone OS (iOS) which the UI itself is depend on the OS version.

                    A tad too weak and a bit too late (the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 should be coming soon). I honestly don’t understand what took them so long to launch this international version of the Civi 2, but if the price is right (under 350 euros), it could still end up a formidable mid-range phone (especially for those who value a slim build, light weight and/or good frontal cameras).

                    But Android 12? 😕

                                Xiaomi will release phones in certain parts of the world. Then they release that same phone under a different name in different countries.
                                Xiaomi will release a phone and then 6 months later re-release that phone but call it NE (New Edition) where the only slight difference is a bump in the SOC
                                Xiaomi will release phones that only get a Chinese release and the only way you get it global is by flashing the ROM and grey import

                                They've got a smart sales strategy. It's no wonder they're not too far on closing the gap between their and apple's market share
