Yes, I do know there are better phones, of course there are. Still, the statement in regard to 778G+ as a "slow chip" and (this one specially) "performance being 4 years out of date" is still one of the funniest statements ever seen on the whole WWW. And that is not an easy task, let me tell you that.
Also, good for you for having 33% more performant phone than NP1 for the same price, I am really glad for you.

$300 for a middling performance phone, with a high end design is not a bad deal, especially if you get Tmobile 5G band N41

My phone will not get warm after long section of social media watch. But my wife phone get warm and battery not efficient also.
I did research on that and find that TSMC fab SD 778G is more efficient than Samsung Fab Snapdragon 780

I beta tested for LeEco when they came to the USA, but the phone had all of the necessary radio bands. At $300, it's not worth it. Too bad because I'll be buying a new phone soon. I'm not giving up my AT&T 5G+ though.

A phone getting hot means it was optimized lik... moreokay ... there's battery . so what ? a good phone always designs to make heat away from mainboard and battery .
some youtube certified engineers here tell xiaomi has vapour chamber . that doesn't mean the heat gets deatroyed by it . you can't destroy energy . it only gets transferred. once theres heat in a system it has to go somewhere. vapour chambers only dissipate it slowly and equally in all direction. pixel believes in conventional simple copper heat management. thats arguably better for the long run. because with vapour chamber that's a risk of leak both because of physical damage and natural wear and tear .i never heard someone getting 1st degree burn from smartphone getting hot . so i will go for a pixel . xiaomi has terrible quality control . they yell these new feature but never have the consistency in doing it perfectly for every single unit they sell

You also get 5g and guaranteed software support. Nothing is a risk because there's no guarantee it will be around in 2 years. I'd rather have the 6a with it's compromises vs a phone that will guaranteed to be frustrating to use. A carrier like Verizon for example needs band 13 to function outside of any city. Verizon leans heavily on it's C-Band 5g for throughput and it's 4g is heavily congested. Most US carriers have heavily congested 4g and require midband 5g.

Why would I spend $300 on an unreliable brick because it lacks the bands I need? Maybe just add North American bands and I'll do a proper testing of the device. I don't see the point of purchasing a phone that is going to end up as ewaste, in a landfill.

Selling in the US without adding North American radio bands? For people who like their cellular bandwidth to be Nothing in rural areas. (Looks like it only has urban frequencies)
