I have no idea why motherboards for Intel and AMD are so expensive. They don't offer anything new. Certainly not those that really give any performance gains. It's hard to create an interesting PC set at a reasonable price now. Especially the prices of graphics cards are sick. The times of cryptocurrencies are behind us and the prices are still out of this world. A powerful, efficient gaming PC is completely disproportionately expensive for how fast it is.

Intel is expensive but durable. Never faced any issues on my 13 years old laptop. But AMD faces issues here and there especially with Windows 11. Intel for computers Snapdragon for phones.
