They can be disabled easily though. Unfortunately, the option to fully disable is not there in the English menu. A guy in the Xiaomi Home store did it for me by changing the language to Chinese and adjusting the settings. Probably, most ordinary consumers don't know that they can be disabled though as many people just leave the settings im default mode. I ended up returning the phone anyway so not sure if software updates made any difference to the ad situation. Maybe the global variants are also different for ads

**MiUi > Oxygen Os+ RelmeUi and funtouc... moreDon't know much about realmeUI and funtouch (although I know these 3 are so much similar)
But for oxygen... On midrangers, both MIUI and oxygen are shit(I think only emui was good at that price point, or maybe the magicUI because of similarities), but on their flagships, I still prefer oxygen by far.
