Great features, Runs very slow on Note, discharges battery faster than Ice cream sandwich, heats up very fast(will be useful in winter), If single tasking is this slow, then how would multi-tasking feel. Jelly bean not suitable for SAMSUNG NOTE. Or is there any other solution, I know I was just being greedy earlier, but if the hardware has its own limitations, there is no point in getting upgrade..

From teh list above, I think Samsung will only update devices with Quad core. I think even the GSIII dual core version for the USA adn Canada will not be updated to KLP 5.0

There is no Galaxy S Duos which is planned a Jelly Bean Update whereas the Galaxy Young is featured. So that sets the facts straight. And to the user below, Nexus will ALWAYS get the latest update of Android!

Google update the Nexus devices themselves, so unless you own a CDMA device, or you got your handset subsidised by your carrier, I'd be very surprised if the Galaxy Nexus won't get Android 5.

it is high time for all Samsung phone owners (including me s2) to think why we shouldn't buy apple iphone which is likely to get all the updates, well almost all.

Roh, 19 Mar 2013I doubt if we would have the JB update in India any time so... moreThe Gingerbread OS has many limitation apart from just look and feel. First and most the performance improvements mainly on touch sensibilities. The second one is the App support. The current stream of apps do not run on Gingerbread. The best example for this is Google Chrome, Firefox etc. The Android phones became popular because of its customisability and availability of apps. If your phone is still running on Gingerbread OS you lose the great features of Android. Also there is a better security in the later versions.

OK, This is annoying!
I have Galaxy Nexus and I bought it because I wanted to use latest and to get the latest Android version to it!
And if Now there is not coming Android 5.0 K# then Nexus would have unstable A2DP Audio streaming quality and I think google wouldn't leave t like that, so Nexus must get Android update at least 2 more time..
Galaxy S# phones gets update form "Samsung" and really "late", now there is only JOP40D leaked beta version for S3 and you guys say that the most stupid Android phone S3 gets Android 5.0, when it doesn't even need it because it's "TW Android phone".
Nexus 4 is copy of Nexus, with bad GPU and hardware, similar battery life as on Nexus so if Nexus 4 gets update then Nexus will get it too and even earlier than any other Android phone.
Btw where is ICS for Beam, Bean still has Android 2.3.6 GB which is old, Android with built-in projector is genius and awesome and it deserves Android 5.0 update too, but bad thing is that Beam is by Samsung with TW UI.. :/
