That's a false theory. It just acceleration the traveling range. And surely not, the least number of twitters have horn have. The best twitter in studio monitors are shaped in vertical array grid lines.

Although lacking all the features alexa can do, siri is much better at detecting voices with different speech levels, accents, and overall just getting things right. Google assistant has a mix of both, the good voice detection and good features. plus, alexa is the most unsecured assistant. not sure why shes still in my house.

I like that I can have my text messages read to me and answer phone calls. Alexa is good for having the displays I actually have the homepod mini in every room and a regular in the bedroom. I will not upgrade as I have an extra airplay system in every room and Govee temperature sensors connected to homebridge.

          Sounds like a pretty hefty Downgrade - would not be surprised if it comes with an increase in price for all the suckers.

It improves impedance matching so mechanical motion, and the defects that come with it, is reduced. Almost all tweeters have a horn. If you see a tweeter with a delicate cap, that's the high frequency emitter and the cone around it is both the high frequency horn and midrange emitter.

            Horns are only on tweeters because an 8 kHz horn is 8x (double width, double height, double length) the volume of a 16kHz horn, 8x again for 4 kHz, 8x again for 2 kHz, ... it's getting bigger than your home in a hurry. Speakers for stadiums will have midrange horns and maybe a partial woofer horn.

            My concern is the woofer. A sealed woofer can reproduce any frequency but the amplitude drops off really fast. Long-throw drivers distort easily. There are a ton of processing tricks to make woofers sound more powerful but that's a distortion that becomes increasingly apparent as you listen longer. A fake thump sound without any tactile feeling becomes disorienting.

              What makes them think it will succeed this time around? Still has one of the worst voice assistants out there and now with with 2 less tweeters and 2 less microphones probably due to cost cutting.

It will sound like crap, every $100 logitech computer speaker will have more bass than this cramped mono speaker

Siri is good in the phone, but it should have stayed in the iphone. It isn't good enough to be in a smart speaker that controls your whole home
