there should always be a healthy and steady competition and consumers should have the liberty to choose from multiple option.
Just GPay alone cannot dominate the Payment system space.

i am glad in my country they made QRIS and use it as standard..and its available even on small shop. and its incorporated to all ewallet or all bank easy to use just scan barcode or it can even use nfc

why make this so complicated?! i mean, every bank here and there have their way of pay be in contactless or so, why brands like Samsung doing wallets even if we have GPay? to confuse people? just keep it one place in one app and we good.
Samsung cant compete with the banks or Google this way...the same goes to other brands.
Jist let banks and Google "unify" the things and be good, we dont need one more app to confuse thins over and over.

Besides widening the net might be a better way for eg they might be able to get better support and coverage in a new market based on local laws, policies, culture etc. It's not like the same representatives who are supposed to talk with UK banks are being sent to India to talk to their local banks.

Many banks here in the UK don't support Samsung pay. Maybe they should increase the availability in the current regions before widening the net to new ones?

Can we just stick to Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass as separate apps even after the launch of Waller app?
