I thinks it's going to be a very nice piece. When I saw it on the Google presentation with the angled speaker docking it was really something new and very functional In ways we haven't had.

Why would Google make an Android tablet when they can continue their Pixel Slate ChromeOS tablet? Even ChromeOS of today has Play Store support built-in. Plus, being ChromeOS, you have the added advantage of GNU Linux desktop software support, which is something Android never got.
