                      - No Audio Jack
                      - No Micro SD expansion slot
                      - No IR blaster
                      - No Charger in the box + slower charging speeds than midrangers
                      - No case in the box either
                      - ~150$ price hike for almost the same features as last time...
                      - Will most probably be bloated with more useless samsung services which cannot be uninstalled

                                      8GB ram of Ultra variant doesn't launch in the Indian market, only 12. And it is more than simply comverting currencies btw.
