Nokia wins a patent suit against HTC in Germany

    that's good for Htc , trying to diss Samsung . people who live in glass ( Apple) or Aluminum ( Htc ) Houses should not throw Stones , See Plastic only bends and sends that Stone right back to the Sender . the Galaxy s4 bringing the future to us

      But, is it really possible to make a phone without infringing any Nokia's patent? They got more than 16k patents already.

        AnonD-58540, 20 Mar 2013ohh gosh nokia, why nt sue samd@ng instead.....anyways its ... moreThat is stupid comment...if Samsung and Google didn't violate any of their patents, why sue them...HTC violated so like everyone else has to pay ;)...altough I don't agree how the patent system works or behaves and this is all Apple's fault ;)

          ohh gosh nokia, why nt sue samd@ng instead.....anyways its really a fact that whenever nokia sue,s any other mobile compnay that cmpany pays royalty to it or a compensation...as was vid apple......but vud luv if companies can use nokia,s petent and pay royalty to it for all the nard work it does...and rather sue samd@ng or google.......
