OnePlus have become a mediocre company the past few years. Products and pricing well out. And customer service so poor. Avoid at all costs.

IpsDisplay, 07 Feb 2023Except for Europe this is a good dealNot to mention there are no trade ins or any kind of deals in Europe
You want to buy a new phone? You have to pay full price and keep your old phone or sell it on the second hand market
This is why most Europeans keep their phones for years even if they're unhappy with it, yes there are no returns either, you keep what you buy, even if it's a failed model, the warranty is basically useless as they'll always blame you and will refuse to fix it
    Great place isn't it?

Two big cost saving omissions, wireless charging and proper water resistance = a flagship killer, NOT a proper flagship. At least the software support is up there.

"$699/€829 for the 8/128GB model, and $799/€899 for the 16/256GB variant"
I'm sorry but wth what's with these ridiculous prices in Euros?
699 USD is ~650 EUR, so they just slap an extra ~280 Euros on the price...
Same with the 16 GB model, although slightly less ridiculous extra cost
799 USD is ~750 EUR, so they slap an extra ~150 Euros on the price...

Funny that the buds have wireless charging while the phone doesn't

Again, EU is like other planet with pricing.
I don't know why, but was hoping 699 euro for 12/256GB.
899 for heavy spec down 10 Pro (except SoC) is too much

Going from $899 to $699 is certainly a big improvement, but looks like Europe is less lucky since they only went from €899 to €829.

Also no wireless charging is a bit odd, but with the 80W wired you probably won't be bothered by the lack of it unless you REALLY like wireless charging.

Can’t wait to get mine 😍

Love the choice of words oppo used in the release email. Calls it a classic, but uses edged screen and standard flagship prices. Absolutely nothing classic about the new oppo.
