HTC One delayed to late April everywhere but in UK, DE and TW

HTC One will launch in the UK, Germany and Taiwan next week, while others will wait untill late April.

Maybe they will use the same processor as S4....overclocked at 1.9 ghz instead of 1.7 ghz as it is now.
