Glass is the worst thing to ever happen to smartphones. I'm glad we are actually going back to plastic. Policarbonate is strong, can be painted in multiple colors, resists scratches and fingerprints, supports wireless charging and can look good. Not to mention its not slippery either. It's lighter, too.
I wouldnt mind seeing some full metal device again, but I doubt it will happen for now

LoL a below average midranger for a price of a flagship.
Samsung is really nuts today.
I see nothing just a plain robberyon a customer since even A52 were a low better device and now ic a lot cheaper like half price of A54.
Same goes for A32 5G vs A34 5G.
Damn you samsung.
How dare you could even try without any kind of a shame.

The a34 having a Dimensity 1080 is shocking. It looks like they made the a34 a successor to the A53 in performance. The exynos 1380 must be ultra powerful, because they make it seem like it's more powerful than a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G (that was in the A52s and a73).

As far as u already might have seen saw,redmi note 12 pro might be at around 430(previous price wasnt more than 380) ,so a54 at around 530 is a perfect price.

Now for that price you can buy phones with the built quality of a kid's toy and you have to pay double the price to get premium quality and just 2 years ago, plastic managed to find its way on a $1000 flagship phone (S21)
It's time to ban plastic backs and frames on phones. Everyone says they care about the environment and remove chargers and cables while 99% of their phones have plastic backs and frames

Very expensive for Samsung „A“ phones. I guess they won’t even come with the premium build materials (aluminum, glass) that are common in that price range.
