The gpu could be a PowerVR SGX 544MP2 at 400MHz. I already thought that. The dual sim version could be the Omap 4470 with PowerVR SGX 544 at 384MHz. The LTE version could be the Qualcomm MSM8960 overclocked at 1.9GHz, like its bigger brother with the Snapdragon 600 and with Adreno 225 graphics. This in case of the Exynos 5410 doesn't have LTE.

The gpu might be mali-450. Its an octa-core version of mali-400. Would give twice graphics performance than s2 !!

The dual cores 1.7ghz Exynos 5250 inside the Nexus 10 is very powerful. It can push 2560x1600 pixels without any problem. If this S4 mini use Exynos 5210 chipset that run at 1.6ghz then this phone is a beast. It might be as powerful as the big Galaxy S4. But it just a rumor until officially released. This is a good news for people who want good performance in a small phone.

AnonD-24171, 25 Mar 2013Plastic is better than cheap aluminum which is mostly made ... moretotally agree!! but still people dont like plastic things because it's looks cheap? i want that plastic thing meaning looks cheap outside but more durable, not easily scratch, cheap to repalce and INSIDE is a beast. that's cool isn't. anyway it dont feel plastic that bad at all -.-

The SIII Mini was overpriced even with its cheap Novathor chipset. If this comes out with the Exynos 5210 chipset then we are in for flagship pricing >_<
Will be nothing short of Nexus 4 price range (Rs 24k to Rs 27k) and really close to S3 16GB model (Rs 28k)
But like everyone says--it will sell well. Samsung has earned near-Apple-like reputation in developing nations and it just sells like hotcakes...I am still shocked by the high sales of Galaxy Grand which has a piss-poor sub par chipset.

Really does are ... moreI called it "decent enough specs". Acer Cloudmobile sucks at call quality, Xperia V lacks a decent screen ( poor viewing angles and even worse: no oleophobic coating, no anti-scratching glass but a sheet of plastic instead) Trust me: first phone ever (regarding the good call quality Samsung provided in the past) with good enough specs.
I only hope the price will be ok.

other companies also use plastic but it doesnt look cheap on them
