Does it fix the slow app closing issue where you can't swipe up to close and then down to go back to your other app quickly? That was a problem that wasn't an issue in One UI 4.

What about the Note20 Ultra? It's a newer and more expensive flagship than the S20 yet that one is included.

The Note was merged into the S22 Ultra last year, killing off the Note branding.
