So here's a statement to chew over. In real world situation, average lighting - the BV9200 camera takes crisper pictures than a Redmi note10 pro (108 Mp)

Updates are close to nonexistent. But that is standard with the price range. Anyway, they work perfectly and for the price there isn't a major name brand with close to the same performance (actual, not spec) yet alone a decent rugged phone.

Phone charging disappointing and battery life not great - does not last 12 hours. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Everything else about this phone is good

Since I got my first blackview I got everyone in my family addicted.
I change phone after 2 years and old one is still new so I give them to my kids and the phones still survive.
And I don't understand the issue language (Portuguese in my case): it's all perfect

These Chinese companies never provide timely updates, forget about OS updates, and the OS is loaded with broken English.

If this have removable battery while being IP68 like Xcover series while being half the price of it, this would be a bomb.
