      Correction to the article - The phone starts at 16,499/- for the base 4GB/64GB variant, not 15,000/-.
      At that price for the config of 4/64, this is not a good buy

          Charger comes in separate box in Asian countries.
          This phone comes with Android 13 and two Android OS upgrades.
          No Amoled+ IP rating is normal for USD 199 device, not even any chinese brand gives amoled+ IP rating on its USD 199 phone.

So iconic, that most of Phone maker choose to create a phone that looks like Samsung phone.

                  Good news is, most of "copycat" infinity-O display used in other phones are supplied by Samsung itself.

So this phone will likely receive Android 15 in 2025. Unlike Poco X5 or some Redmi Note 12 series that still launched with Android 12 in 2023.

                          "another brick in the wall" 🤭

                            D700 can run full One UI but it's core version. $200 for nothing... Samsung fans will say it gets more updates than others btw which is actually only 1-2 years.

Basically everyone i know does that, just get either iphone or samsung because thats all thats advertised so its all they know.

                                Using that logic though you should just buy a pixel if its android or get an iphone, dont even bother looking at samsung phones because iphones have better hardware and battery, just as good/brighter screen with dolby vision support (samsung are the worst top company for HDR/colour standards) and pixels have far better camera quality including pixel 6a (iphones get best software support still and pixels get all android updates 1st/security patches and android versions 1st if thats what you want).

                                Fyi oppo, oneplus even motorolla (probably a couple more im missing) are improving their software support and even starting to give 4 years of updates, oppo were 2nd getting android 13 after pixels.

                                  Size and position of punch holes, shape and size of notches, size of bezels, size of chin, curved screen, flat screen, corner curve radius, aspect ratio
                                  If you put a Oneplus 11 next to a Samsung S23 from the front, i'll instantly be able to see which phone is which
                                  The Iphone front is also iconic which is why Apple is trying their best to as different as possible compared to the Androids

There's also better front camera and new Android with its own upgrade plan. Small upgrades but still upgrades. You aren't supposed to upgrade the phone every year. This is just a better option over A13 for someone who's changing the phone after 3-4 years.

                                      Ahhh PDAF

                                      The nostalgia I remember when such a spec was considered a flagship feature :)

                                      D700 is a decent entry level chipset

                                      Still need more unisoc T series budget smartphone reviews however
