IQ200, 21 Feb 2023Yeah, good question. Who would in their right mind be a... moreMan what nonchinese brands???
Only Sony and Vertu are litterrary nonchinese and partialy samsung.
Most phones are made by Foxconn in china most rbands too.
Sony is India, Vertu were handmade in england, Samsung phones comes from south korea, vietnam, ondia and several boxes at my store bear sticker china made.
Litterary every brand is china so there is no bash nonchnese brands because nonchinese brands does not exist.
Apple will be american company when whole phone and every single component will be made within USA. Until then they are chinese. Same goes for any other brand which 100% parts arent from any other country apart china.

AnonD-731363, 21 Feb 2023Man and wh to work for stupid goodle with their stupid trms... moreYeah, good question.

Who would in their right mind be an "owner of a phones chain of shops selling mobile phones" which is btw selling both chinese and non-chinese brands, but constantly talking negative only about non-chinese brands and their buyers with trying too hard for each chinese brand to look as a better buy then non-chinese. Hmm? What do you think Cpt? Who would do that?

In my personal opinion, that has to be a person who is really unfullfiled and not happy in life. Maybe even don't have a lot of friends who would care to listen about something so meaningfull as - mobile phones. It's a sarcasm of course lol.
    Well..

Have a nice and fulfilled day!

      It's sarcasm of course lol.

That guy has to be the most unhappy person here. Not a single positive comment on any thread mentioning non-chinese brands was given by him. Never. That's a hobby for some but for that guy it seems like a whole meaning of life.

      Anyways, have a nice day!

You cant stuff a battery that large into a device without making it larger and heavier. If you think its possible with current day technology, be my guest and go make it happen. but until then, dont act like I'm being an idiot, because I'm most definitely not.

yes, 21 Feb 2023finally a company that realises people who uses the Fold wa... moreAccording to the reports it won't be anywhere near 5,000 mah. BTW, have you looked at GSM's battery chart comparing foldables? I have.

The Z4 basically leads the pack with the smallest battery. The results from the Pixel Pro means google's bigger battery may be a necessity just to keep up with the other foldables as oppose to giving it a much longer duration.

[deleted post]Since you're so adamant about having a 50,000 mah battery or whatever excessively high number it is, why dont you go work for google & make a foldable that is not of obnoxious size and has your stupid high expectations

Note7 owner, 21 Feb 2023If there's an awful crease like my fold 3 has it'... moreThere will be a crease, but it definitely wont be as large as Samsung's, since google isn't using Samsung's stupid "ultra thin glass" that cant survive for more than 6 months

finally a company that realises people who uses the Fold wants to have max battery capacity, so at the very least they should have a 4950Mah, anyone who complains about the additional 20-30gm is just simply pathethic; go buy a ton of other fones that weigh less and your tiny screen. If I was to pay top dollar then I do not want to have to worry if my battery will last till end of the day. The same reason why I have yet to upgrade from S21 Ultra to Fold 4.

It kind of looks like a Surface Duo 2.

Galaxy Z Fold will NOT have an S-Pen silo according to a credible leakster. Galaxy Z Flip 5 will have a bigger cover display than the Find N2 Flip. I don't like the size of the Ultra but looks like the S23 Ultra is the Android smartphone to beat in 2023.

I'll most likely get the Flip 5 but I hope it doesn't get any wider like the Razr 2022 did and maintains Flex if they eliminate the crease. The Razr 2023 will look similar to the 2022.

These fold phones should aim at doing all the things a Tab can do to make them more useful and value for money, especially the designing apps and all video formats compatible. Batteries of bigger the better is coming a settled fact for all media gadgets.

PepperPot, 21 Feb 2023No, they should not. They are tablets. 6500 mah is tablet grade battery. They absolutely should.

Also happy to see a foldable with a landscape mode to begin with. Most foldables (when unfolded, I.e. in tablet mode), can't even have a landscape mode because they have this awful square screen shape, which is bad both for browsing (no portrait mode neither) and for watching media.

I hope Google finally fixes this problem with foldables which was basically making them undesirable
