As for S23 Ultra, I was at first annoyed that there wasn't any plain white color, just cream which I thought was very on the beige side from photos and videos. But I decided to go with white (cream) anyway because that's my favorite phone color. Turns out "cream" is more "pearl white" than "cream". It looks very much white, but with pearl like shimmer in the light.
