Only upgrade on the a54 is the headphone jack.
Cameras seem the same but with one cam missing.

It would be good if they keep the lineup A1x A3x A5x then the S series and Flip and Fold then stop/drop the other mobile phones...

If this phone has a better vibration motor than previous (a53, a52) and have a good pricing, I will consider to change my 2 years old A52 to this phone.
