Because I'd rath... moreRyzen was never meant to be used as a mobile SoC in a phone (using x86 instruction set architecture "CISC" not ARM "RISC" , 2 different designs) in the 1st place and they do have SoCs based off of zen/zen+/zen2/zen3/zen4/vega/ architectures.
You have the embedded series like r1000/v1000, the r2000/v2000, v3000 series. You also have the AM4 socket APU SoCs for desktop and laptop use like the 2400g as an example, you'd class their current 7000 series as a SoC for laptops (you could class the old A series from the late 00's to late 10's as SoCs too). They focus on enterprise and desktop/laptop computing (their laptop SoCs are very efficient aswell).
Dont get mixed up because AMD decided to use chiplet designs for their CPU and GPU like mobile phone SoC manufacturers do.
