Carol, 04 Mar 2023It's just that your opinion isn't based on scienc... moreThe new tech promises to solve many issues with modern lithium batteries solid-state batteries exist and will be breakthrough
Or some other alternatives also my exist out there also I need do more research

Sadly everyone so fixed on faster changing they have X2 of the battery modern lithium batteries just for faster changing spends

The problems of todays phones are with the way there made its why most of us have phones with dead batterys

modern lithium batteries in often glass body and phone screens glued together anti user repair design with solid-state batteries and poor quality storage made only for phones

There are the problems of the times we live in
Phone then will get heated up like ovon by faster changing
And with 2 batterys too go wrong the fail rate of either battery is now a possibility

I don't want a future of phones design in bad way made like this
Design too break make you keep buying replacement phones and can't be repaired by the user safety hazards happen

Carol, 04 Mar 2023It's just that your opinion isn't based on scienc... moreI didn't create this, I experience it on a daily basis. My current main is the Oppo Find X5, which has 80W fast charging and never heats up, same with my iQOO 5 Pro, which charges even faster at 120W..

Whereas my secondary phones to watch youtube on are the ZTE Axon 7 and a Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro, I know they are both pretty old, but the Lenovo always heats up while charging and has no fast charging support, the ZTE has fast charging, but only 18W, that phone also heats up while charging. So, that's that.

DarlingYext, 03 Mar 2023Even if it has fast charging, it's 15W at maximum, whi... moreMy yotaphone 2 has twice the changing spends of my Nokia phones

So always got be careful when changing the yotaphone 2 just because heat

My Nokia 3.1 has great battery life and doesn't overheat when on change

My Nokia c01 plus has 5w changing this problem with heat and battery don't happen

So 5w changer is for me
Takes a little longer but less hot when changing

I hasn't had any problems with 5w changing spends
And all of the batterys problems don't happen I also have user removable battery's

The batterys do not heat up because they charge for long, that has nothing to do with basically anything. They heat up tough because of many reasons, some degree of heat also being needed to properly charge the battery. Anyways, two of the biggest factors of heat would be the watt and size of the battery. The more watt the more they worm up. The smaller the batteries are the faster they heat up because of the lesser space to dissipate heat. And this is why there is a problem charging the very small batteries in a phone with 200wh charging speeds. In theory they are basicaly a bomb waiting to go boom. Of course that this chinese so called manufacurers addressed the Elephant in the room and did all what it takes to prevent that from happening. By installing 2 batteries instead of one, therefore reducing the strain on one battery, would be one of the most important aspects of hyperSpeed charging. But of corse that there are also other measures beeing taken. I highly doubt that they could also do something against faster degrading of the battery because of the build-up heat. As far as i remember, there were some xiaomi's, their heat being mesured while in Hyper charging mode and they were pretty close to permanent damage threshold, heating up at around 65° wich is quite a lot for a battery to be able to stay healthy.

APimpNamedSlickback, 04 Mar 2023Do you even use eSim in your current phone or in your count... moreeSIM is terrible as of right now anyways, it's slow and it's a hassle to set it up. Pointless.

☢️ power no charging required 😱

Lulfie, 03 Mar 202360w more than enough Agree, 100w up is just excessive and more of a marketing gimmick. 'Look at our XXX phone, it can charge your phone in 10 minutes' lol.

DarlingYext, 03 Mar 2023They cost nearly a 1000 usd or even more than a 1000 usd, a... moreNot a lot of people are going ga ga over crazy fast charging especially in the US where chinese oem's have no market. Those insane fast charging are mostly available in asia, since most companies who use that as a marketing gimmick are based in china. I highly doubt that's going to be a huge selling point if it was being sold in the US.
