I bought a Moto a few years back because nostalgia hit me, then Moto decided to hit me a hundred times harder. What a worthless phone manufacturer they have become. Low specs, crappy design and build quality and barely any software updates and/or support. Do yourself a favor and stay miles away from this company.

What a joke Motorola has become can't decide whether they are coming or going! How many friggin' variants of the G Stylus do we need - 4G or 5G, w/NFC w/o NFC, 90Hz or 120Hz displays, FM radio no FM radio, blah blah blah - improve upon one dang G Stylus and stick with it!!!

Motorola has definitely lost its way with it's moto g line of phones. It started last gen and looks to be continuing onto this generation. It's why I switched away and upgraded to a company that actually updates their phones.

Another low spec phone nobody asked for. It has only enough ram to run the OS and nothing else and a turd for a processor. Thanks Motorola that's really innovating for a company thats ending support to the g100 that blows the doors off this doodoo.

oofio2461, 03 Mar 2023"The Moto G Stylus (2023) is powered by MediaTek'... moreIt isn't the 5G Moto G Stylus. The Helio G8x is a 4G SoC, not a 5G one.
I do agree with the 4GB RAM part tho, it will hold back the performance of the otherwise respectable Helio G8x chip.

I really don't understand why couldn't they just make it a proper mid-ranger.. They could actually make a valid cheaper alternative for the people who would like to have a more intentional stylus experience, but wouldn't like to spend their money on a Note or Ultra, like just put a 778G or 920 in it (or any other similar SoC) with a 120hz screen, and some decent cameras, and in the 400 to 500$ range it could be a hit..but the idea of a stylus in a phone with these kind of specs is kinda a waste imo.

"The Moto G Stylus (2023) is powered by MediaTek's octa-core processor, having six cores clocked at 1.80GHz and two cores at 2GHz, suggesting it could be a part of the Helio G85/G88 SoC."
Not MediaTek again, and 4GB Ram? Hopefully, this isn't the 5G Stylus! (Also Yes, I live in the US market.) More like the G Stylus Lite.
