There isnt any other copy of Netflix is just netflix there are simmilar apps such as HBO Plus, or Disney etc but thats not exactly same as netflix.
We can say Samsung brownsers and other brownsers ar not the same too but their primary fuction remains the same its just a brownser with exactly same content where something like Netlix, Disney and many else uses different content and services.
This was all i mean and called Bloatware.
And yes you are right and on the other hand wrong. Yes Facebook is not bloatware but so many people hate it they would love if this app would never existed so they can call it bloatware.
Same goes for Tik-Tok and many else which people either love it or hate it there is nothing in between.

AnonD-731363, 06 Mar 2023Man i did and plenty.
By the way why use samsung apps if ... moreLike I said, the only app that is doubled is Message app. And I think Files app. That's it.
All the rest of the apps were just single ones. There wasn't any Google calculator, only Samsung one, no Google Calendar, only Samsung one, no Google Clock, only Samsung one. Also, there wasn't any Samsung browser, only Chrome installed.
As for the Google apps, that I had disabled, I disabled them on any Android phone I buy (no matter if Realme, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Samsung). I disabled them because I do not use them or I use alternatives. Example, Google Photos, Google Drive, Google TV, YouTube Music, Google Meet, Gmail, etc.
The only Google apps that I like and use all the time (even when I had iPhones) are Maps, Chrome, Translate and YouTube.
As for the other apps that came pre-installed (Facebook, Netflix, some Microsoft apps, etc.), those I could uninstall. But, these apps come pre-installed on any Android phone that isn't a Pixel. And in my opinion are not bloatware if I can uninstall them.
So again, I do not understand why the hate for Samsung. When pretty much any Android phone has apps pre-installed (and no, there aren't doubled).
Also, if you call Facebook or Netflix bloatware, then you can easily say YouTube is bloatware. Which is nonsense.

Anders, 05 Mar 2023So still inferior to the A52S. And yet android smartphone m... moreBack then, I never thought I would ever switch to Apple. Fast forward to Scoped storage, Material You, no replaceable battery, no headphone jack, no expandable storage, just less and less freedom. Like, if I buy the A54 in the USA, I can't even OEM unlock it. And with iOS allowing side loading soon, it's pretty tempting. I had my "fun" with Android like Windows users worry about every little problem they have. Same with Android honestly. Every new Android version adds something that I don't want and/or I can't turn off, and I still need to maintain the "jank" that is Android. In iOS, it's way more simple. I think it's time to retire from babysitting an Android phone all of the time. Either that or I'll probably just buy an old Android phone and keep that one going.

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2023Android stock sucks.
I say because I am using one. Many... moreWell man i had other experiences to me stock android was alway better than any kind of UI.
Seeing tons of apps running on backround eating your memory disk space and ram is everything else just not good.
Especialy if you have a phone with 4-6GB ram and some 6XX or lesser CPU even sme 7XX have problems with this.
Stock android is not an option is a must have for any brand and if people have they could install whathewer they want and need.
By the way 98% of the phone world are ordinary people which uses ordinary apps. No tech geeks and for them any UI is tottaly useless since its ram, disk and power hungry with no benefits for them because they dont know how to use those benefits.

By the way why use samsung apps if same are already there from google.
No need to disable one and install other.
Most of them just like Google chrome is way better to my personal experience than Samsung brownser. But still my main favorite is Opera and TOR if i want to be purely annonymous.
Rest is the same.
Why to use samsung calculator if you have one from google same goes for clocks.
No need to have doubled apps which does same tricks.
No need to install same thing if one you have already there and usual better.
At least my personal experience says so.
But its up to each person likings and taste.
Not forcing anyone just asking why.

AnonD-731363, 06 Mar 2023Man its exaqctly othervise.
Even GSM Arena comnfirmed Sam... moreAndroid stock sucks.
I say because I am using one. Many stuff I used to have on my previous phone (even with android 5) I do not have now. Google photos is awful. Just to rotate photo, it saves a copy instead of applying to original.
Bloatware is bad. OEMs get paid for this. Google should forbid this as condition to have their services. But featureless UI is bad as well.

AnonD-731363, 06 Mar 2023Man its exaqctly othervise.
Even GSM Arena comnfirmed Sam... moreI have 60 pre-installed apps on my Galaxy A23 5G (that I can't uninstall that is). I disabled some of them, that I do not care or need (One Drive, Gmail - I use other mail app, Meet, Google Messages app, some examples). I had around 55-58 similar apps on my other Android phones (including Realme, Xiaomi or OnePlus phones). Not so big difference.
There are some Samsung apps, but I actually prefer some of them instead of the Google ones (for example Samsung Calculator, Calendar or Messages). The only doubled app that I can see is Samsung Messages (but I disabled Google Messages and use Samsung one). The rest are pretty much apps that you can see on any Android phone.
So, I don't understand what is all this hate for One Ui. You probably didn't have a Samsung phone in recent time.

Anders, 06 Mar 2023Gen Z is abandoning android in favour of iPhone as per repo... moreAs I said, depends on the market. Here in Indonesia, iPhone users do increase. But the growth was slow. This was caused by the price gap which was quite big. The thing is the price difference between here and the US was not that big. The NMW (National Minimum Wages) is the problem. Our NMW is only 20% of US NMW. With this, the people who can afford iPhones are way too few.
As for the sales from Apple, it is even lower. Because some of the usage growth was attributed to second-hand iPhones.

thedeev1, 06 Mar 2023Agreed but OnePlus Oxygen OS has no relation to stock andro... moreAgree.
I would like to say Motorola and Nokia are Pure android experience even some other brands as Google or Sony uses pure android experience.
Oneplus with their Oxygen OS were close to stock UI same as Nothing Ui. But since Oxygen OS and Color OS are likely same nowdays we can exclude one plus.
Rest is obvious garbage where 98% of people will use the most basic things on their phone.
And even most advanced tech geeks will never use phone 100% features.

Goose, 05 Mar 2023Again with the useless macro cam... Might as well use that ... moreThe average consumer doesn't know what a macro camera is, hell most of them don't even know how to use it or the ultrawide
They just see 3 cameras and think it's premium
Bonus points of the cameras have huge bumps to give off an even more premium feeling even tho the sensors are still tiny but your average consumer won't know anything about that

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2023It is the opposite. Samsung is the best.Man no its not.
Best UI is Nothing UI or Oxygen OS because they are as close to stock android as they can be.
Samsung is worst. Even xaomi cost less disk space and ram and uses less apps on backround compared to Samsung.
And even GSMArena confirmed the Samsung UI is bad in samsung basic models such as A0X and A1X, M0X and M1X
