Anonymous, 30 Mar 2013It's pretty unfair to compare clock speed across different ... moreUm, the Snapdragon 600 doesn't use A9s. Krait is not an A9. Even the S4 Plus from what seems like forever ago was faster than an A9. Krait 300 is definitely competitive with A15s, and is more efficient.
Not sure how you made this mistake.

SGS4) is ... moreFor consideration MSoft and Appl developing OS platforms for 30y plus whereas Google relatively new at this "game........and certainly could've or should have kept far tighter control over system requirements and test engineering. Obviously apple is eons ahead in OS pathway with Microsoft finally maturing a far better mobile system.
Had Google taken control of Motorola and rid motor of its antiquated pipeline and engineering AND developed topline Nexus then android might not have become so fragmented. And perhaps be much further ahead development wise.....instead bells and whistles and prompt and bluster are used to advance the Droid system.
Mostly is been totally inadequate and very poor test engineering that's brought android to where it is today. It could be so much more by now if you didn't have carriers and device owns writing versions of android...period end of report

I own a lumia 920 and lg optimus 4x..I am very satisfied with lg & far better than samsung.My next android device will surely be from lg.May be that.

There lo... moreMy family and friends has iphones and ipads and i know why it all works great in any games... it beacuse IOS OPTIMIZES EVERYTHING but that doesn't mean that the game is performing high... unlike for android its several GPUs, chipsets and whatever ... so ANDROID HIGH END DEVICES can be the only one that can play the bests games in FULL PERFORMANCE... NOT OPTIMIZED like apple and apple only has 1 line of phones and 1 tablet range ...it would be stupid if they can't optimize games for just a short list of devices

Obviously more likely part of flagship lineup as an Optimus rather than next nexus. More's the pity as original intent to nexus was topend flagship level for owns to follow...
Shall be interesting to watch the what and wherefore to this tidbit shall land....

MS Trident made a huge jump in recent years on that. But performance is not everything in browser. Browser also needs good UI. Something that mobile IE and Firefox misses. They both got very non-practical and poorly functional UI. That's about both phone and tablet IE and Firefox.

This is crazy...
Even Quadcore/Octacore (incl. SGS4) is laggy.
I'm not a WP-fan, not at all, but even the Lumia 620 with a 1GHz Dual-Core and "only" 512MB of RAM (available for only 200€!!) beats the SGS3 with JB in BrowserMark. Just again a proof that Android sucks.
For me: exaggeration on datasheet, NO THANKS.
