But ipad mini is definitely the best tablet on a budget and ipad pro is still waaaaaaay better than anything with android.
Surface pro would've been more attractive had they not tied themselves to intel and offered amd ryzen as a choice.

Apple is launching more chips than their consumers are willing to buy tbh... Most people are still on M1, and the performance jumps arent particularly any better in regards to CPU performance, mostly its GPU metrics, not to mention that the software engineers cant even keep up there's a lot of driver that havent been written for simple hardware and software compatibility issues across a lot of tools out there.

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2023Apple is wasting money on using M chips on ipads. They were always using M chips on iPads they were just naming it X chips... the opposite (I what) happened, I,e. Macs started using iPad chips (that were now renamed).

It is not wise to add OLED to a laptop screen. The taskbar, or whatever Apple calls it, will cause burn-ins.

hmm, 06 Mar 2023Were are all the news for Asus, Samsung, Lenovo and so on a... moreI think mainly because of the Apple ecosystem.
A MacBook is basically an iPad with Mac OS. I mean, if I am not mistaken, because I never owned a MacBook.
I am thinking that you can run apps from App Store on it, play games from Apple Arcade, watch movies from Apple TV+, listen music through Apple Music and so on.
A Lenovo, Dell or HP laptops are basically some third party laptops, that have installed Microsoft Windows on them. There is no Lenovo store/apps or Dell or whatever.

This could be one explanation. The second explanation is that Apple news are more "clickable". Lol.

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2023Apple is wasting money on using M chips on ipads. If it runs macOS, I don't see that as a waste since you can run desktop software without a problem. But iPadOS? That always has been a glorified iOS for tablets.

All the crazy firepower of M3 in an iPad Pro, and yet it still runs on iPadOS. No thanks, I take a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet all day long. Call me back when Apple runs macOS on M-series iPads.

Just give us uninterrupted rectangular screens.
