I have imported several to Ireland where I am from and if you buy off the right site, you can get amazing deals. But the Redmi note 12 pro and pro plus. They use the dimensity 1080 which is on a par with the snapdragon 778g. Not quite flagship but upper midrange I'd say.

The IMX766 on the Redmi Note 12 is really decent.
The next Gen IMX890 of the OnePlus 11 is significantly better but the overall performance of the One
Plus 11 (RMB price) blows the Note12 out of the water

Redmi k50 and k50 pro, K60E, Note 12 pro too. They all range between 300-600 euros so I wouldn't call them budget. The K60E is outstanding value.

The K Series ist a weird concoction, it was never good value because just offering a top 5 processer without a top 5 camera is just not worth the price.
This generation (Q4/Q1) of "Flagship killers" it was the weakest, even being beaten by the Realme with the Neo GT 5[3].

They need to step up the game use ultra wide 13mp sensor like rog 6 at minimum so we can have acceptable ultra wide pics at the day and throw these 2mp macro camera
For people who complaint about camera configuration, most company stocks a lot and buy in bulks thats why some component always will be used for manys types of phones except flagship , still the added ios in redmi series phones is a good thing

Im ready for the "surprise" triple camera like 200mp main, 8mp fixed focus wide andddd 2mp macro. 😂. Bruh they could have make the it dual camera with better quality. The third camera will always be shitty aka dummy lens for most midrange/budget.

All dimensity smartphones ...what could motivate anyone to believe they are "moving away" from it? If you have some kind of dream or ultra love for Qualcomm it's time to stop dreaming business deal with contracts ...dimensity is deep in these companies portfolios

This should be cheaper at launch than the k60 pro was at launch as the k50 ultimate was cheaper than the k50 pro. However, by the time it launches the k60 pro will have dropped in price so there won't be a lot of point to this phone as it'll probably launch at a similar price to the discounted k60pro
