We also love this technology as we are constantly using our phone maxed out and data ripped off tenacity

I am surprised nobody cares about weight of these impressive ultra fast chargers. So nowadays smartphones are bricks over 200g and then these cool ultra fast chargers over 200w would have minimum 200g or i suppose even 300g, if anybody have it please measure weight of these chargers. So yeah half kilo would be this combo (phone & charger) with such cool stuff just to use phone, thats terrible. I rather keep slow light weight combo. Another new buzz word GAN chargers, how cool it looks as it is smaller compared to non GAN chargers but it is heavy (i think even heavier) and get very warm too so the only improvement with this technology i see is just smaller package. I am looking forward when they bring some new technology with ultra fast charging speeds with low weight and running cooler, that would be awesome.

              I think at this point, the brands are just competing amongst themselves for bragging rights. What are the odds of Infinix announcing a 260W charging hot on the heels of Realme's 240W announcement.

              Progress is great, but not all areas need as much progress. Screen resolutions have been pretty much maxed out at QHD for a while now. Cramming more battery capacity or making the same battery last longer? Now that would be interesting.

                            This might not look like an innovation for Lazy people, they have all the time to plug in their phones next to a xouch and sit all day..




                            For business Men with limited access to time and absolutely busy schedule,taking calls and texting , charging a phone more than 10 minutes could literally mean losing money.



                            I think this is beyond brilliance, and i hope this technology goes to tablets too

                              Don't get all the fast charging for smartphone when 5 minutes of charge is easily enough for close to half a day for most high charging phone now, but all the tablet with way bigger battery capacity and high power draw are still using moderately slow charging.

                                Samsung, apple and google are just playing it safe, they have the tech for 100 or 200w charging, they just don't need to especially when their phones already last all day. People are also not demanding for faster charging, that only happens online from tech nerds.

                                Samsung is focused on making their Foldables better, google improving on their A.i software and apple is just apple.

                                    As much i like fast charging, is there a sweet spot for it?
                                    I mean im satisfied with 120 watt now 260 watt? As far i know battery number one enemy is heat, the faster it charged, the more heat it generated.(correct me if im wrong) So the only way i know is by dividing it into multi cells battery so it generate heat way less but at the cost of battery capacity.
