How many years of software updates do you get with each phone?

I wish I could've used so many phones to the point where I could call them all boring lmao

HopeFilledIdiot, 16 Mar 2023Lol, they do a good job in terms of hardware no doubt, but ... moreThere is no Infinix/Tecno service center where I live either, but I would rather take this "risk" than buy a boring iPhone or Samsung or another Xiaomi. I own a Xiaomi Mi Note 10, haven't touched it for 2 months and it decided to explode a line of pixels on the display, to be fair the screen has already been replaced on it once, but Xiaomi was the one replacing it, so my trust is gone when it comes to them.

Anyway, as for Tecno, their software, Hi OS is very close to Infinix's X OS, however I prefer X OS. As for software updates, my Camon 18 Premier never received any, the Zero Ultra has received one, but as of right now it's still stuck on Android 12 and the 2022 December security update. Apart from that they are both very smooth, bloatware is minimal, but there are some pre-installed apps that can't be uninstalled, only Hi OS has ads in it, but you can turn them off so easily I don't even know why they bothered with them.

I'm also not sure about their software, could you let me know how it is?

xiaomi is a MUCH bigger company than transsion. they wouldn't need it to make their phones. if anything, it is itel that has just copied poco here 🤦‍♂️
