Anonymous, 23 Mar 2023How is my comment dumb if the watch has no lte, no titanium... more"Liquidmorphium". This is referred to as a liquid metal which is in actual fact an amorphous alloy of Zirconium, Copper, Aluminium, Nickel and Silver.
The new alloy has a very high strength, infact it is stronger than Aluminium, Steel and Titanium and is also cheaper and more efficient to produce than Titanium. The strength of this material makes it very difficult to bend.
How about a short googleing before you shoot your mouth off...

I have used Galaxy Watch, Apple Watch, and eventually, Huawei watch GT3 pro with a Titanium strap. I was so tired of charging my previous watches almost every day. And you happen to forget to charge them sometimes, and the next day it asks you to use battery save mode which practically turns your watch into a cheap old digit-showing watch from the 1990s. The sensors of the Galaxy watch drove me crazy. Sometimes not even turned the screen on when I lifted my arm to check the time. Galaxy's service was great though. They changed the entire motherboard and battery without any hassle. Now, I charge Huawei every 2 weeks when I use it full-time and sometimes every 3 weeks if I don't wear it at home. If you think Huawei watch is not a decent alternative to other flagships, you are either biased or have never used any of those watches. I swear I am talking in a neutral zone, my Huawei Watch GT3 pro puts all the other smartwatches I have used from premium brands to shame and makes them look like ordinary cheap models. Depending on the price, I might get Ultimate as well and use them both.

What's the point to pay a fortune for a Premium Watch like this when beside the new look,the OS is the same one as the GT 3 Pro ,maybe with few more Huawei watch faces!If I want a premium watch,I buy a classic one for this money and that one will be timeless,attract more views and don't loose in time the money you pay now!Huawei is a good company,but they should bring much more as NFC payments,WiFi,more internal storage and a better OS!

On top of that you get an 8+ Gen 1 4G, no Google Services, no Gorilla Glass, so it's not really an alternative to any other phone anyways..

Huawei has always been ahead of it's competition when it comes to looks and performance but they lack service and repair. None of the Huawei wearables watches has got battery replacement as an option and as I discovered after the warranty you have to send a $800 watch to the dustbin because of a unreplaceable battery.

Anyhow, it won't matter much, what matters is how expensive this watch is and how it's so called impressive display isn't really anything special. You don't need a ridiculous 2000nit brightness of apple ultra either but at 900usd you might as well.

I had to read until this point then I stopped, realizing you don't really make much sense, do you? It's not only about size, it's about resolution per size, that's how you get the density. Watch Ultra has 338 pixels per inch, Watch5 has 321, while this Huawei has a wooping 439. It is the most detailed screen out of all. Check your facts before talking.

The only thing this watch has going for is 100 meter waterproofing but at a cost of being huge compared to even Apple watch ultra.
