So so fold(compared to classic factor camera specs) to compete with cheaper Vivo x Fold, which got maybe worse 5x tele but the rest is Mp madness.
Unlike the rest of folds, not even be able to take on 5x.

Ugly the mateX2 is much sexy slick trendy sharp corners body, this is beyond ugly, those ugly curves ruined it

Too bad no Google and 5G. But it does seem to be an excellent foldable.

Good to see Huawei still in the game and pushing the limits with technology, as a Samsung user (S23U and Fold 4) I believe that Huawei and Xiaomi are the only brands that can push them to do better. Hope one day Huawei can use the Google Operating System and 5G modems again, it will definitely raise the bar on the Mobile Industry. But have to be fair and give credit to Huawei for all they contribute to the Mobile Industry even after their sanctions.

So $2000 using last year's chipset? No, thanks. It does have a cool camera module and it is light for that form factor. But it ain't light in price.

I am a Fold user since the original (I've had all four and still use Fold 4) as I am a frequent traveller for work and consider them excellent devices for productivity and media consumption on the go.

Nevertheless, as most comments here seem to focus on pen support, I have to say that it is extremely difficult to properly take notes, sketch or annotate with the screen ditch (sorry crease) in the middle of the Fold's screen. If you are really focused on pen support, you should go for the S23 Ultra.

Also, I find the UD camera in the Fold with its lower resolution and different light more distracting than a pin hole.

All in all, from what I can tell from the initial description and spec sheet, if the X3 had Google services that could support corporate accounts with Microsoft authentication etc, I wouldn't be surprised if I picked it over the Fold.
