Plz buy sony... moreI'm sorry but i already had 2 SE phones and i think they suck .. i mean i like them and all but they are not durable phones, i had the same problem on both of them: the battery gets loose in time and when you give it a little jolt( like when you drop it in u'r pocket) it looses contact and the phone shuts down, and the next problem is their dedicated connection slot - in time it becomes a nightmare to get the charger to connect although it is connected properly!

i believe, soon,SE and nokia will produce their next G of outdoor and shock resistant product with WOW factor inside cause this niche market are great too for them, Happy Ramadan to our Muslim Brother and Sister around the globe, Salam Damai, Peace, from Jakarta Indonesia.

Have you guys seen Nokia Low End phones?? In which way they look so gorgeous to you I wonder. These are low-end.. budget phones if you can't read. Poor resolution and Display??? What are you smoking? Have you seen the display quality of Nokia budget phones, have you heard the horrible ringtones they come with? Samsung low-end phones sports a much better display and sounds much much better.
Nokia sales coz of its so called "durability" the brand name that they have established in years. I would give a damn if someone claims it's better build. It's not. They are made in a different way. Everything..the keypad, face plate, battery cover is replaceable. You drop it and it will be all scattered. You put them together, replace any with a new nokia or some locally made cheap faceplate and wala you got a brand new phone again. That's what Nokia's advantage is. Samsung are not made in that ways. You have to take it to a service center for that. That's where the difference is. Otherwise Samsung gives a lot better screen, a whole lot better sound quality for it's money and they look much better IMO. I've seen many around me who were using Nokia low-end phones for years and now switched to Samsung because they offer more features for money. Someone was talking about the software being messed up. I've my hands on both nokia and samung budget phones. I couldn't find any trouble with sammy. Rather I found that Nokia "budget" phones doesn't really have that so called user friendliness. Samsung snatched the high-end crown and now its time to gradually eat up the 40% market share that Nokia enjoys. Cheers!!

But they are just phones!!! Nothing exciting about form or function. How can these phones excite anyone. Boring, boring, boring.
Samsung!!! make it look pretty, and give it the biggest screen you can fit with no cheating black screen surrounds taking up precious real estate.
give them some fabulous programming to excite people with their ease of use or features.
All you can win with phones like this is the race towards low margin!

Another thing, why bother with better build quality if the software is messed up? I had a samsung handset once and it kept hanging and restarting. Eventually, the screen stopped lighting up.
Thats when i switched to nokia. They are strong as hell. I have a 3310, 5310xm and 5700xm and they have suffered the worst. They have fallen, landed in the toilet, fallen into cups full of tea, been abused by the cat and they stil work without a problem. No bumps or bruises are visible. The materials used on the keypad havent faded either.
So if samsung is using stronger build material, its because it needs them.
Dani, you're so right. The n85 and n79 must be the best phones in the market.

All u got with nokia and SE (stil better than nokia) is crecking sounds, chip plastic, very very very bad build quality, very low earphone volume etc. That is not even phone. Even the cheapest Samsung got better build quality than N95, N73 etc. I now what I`m talking about.

How many phones does samsung launch in one year? Samsung phones are very delicate and problematic. Omnia is the only samsung thats worth it,the rest well....they just come and go like the ones up there
