Hills od, 27 Mar 2023I 've seen companies with this idea i.e the actual pro... moreI've seen a few, most of which has a better solution as well. Instead of having to open the display and stress the flex cable, they are available from the side. In example the TWS JM06 and the Gt69 Smart Watch.

In any case, good that we get more options.

        i'll never touch anything huawei ever again. but if u like to buy huawei watch faces after u bought the watch go ahead, let them milk u. i ended up wearing a gbd-200. and waiting for gbd-h2000.

          I think the idea, no matter how stolen, actually has potential.

          They can work on thinning and lightening it a bit. The openable cover is not a good idea, it will need extra plastic to maintain stability in frame. much like how Zenfone 8's rotateable camera makes it thick and heavy (for example).

          A design should be made in which Buds should stay on either sides, and somewhat latchable of some kind.
          I wouldn't mind if the buds stay on the strap as well... in fact, watch to strap connector is where the buds can stay mighty easy, coz it is often fatter than the actual thin strap.. to fit this, they can opt for classic earphones, not just in-ear types.

          What do you think guys of this idea?

                Its possible and its nice. But would be best to have it be a button that needs to be pushed in while opening. If ita magnetic or clip close then yea no.

                Or have it so you press the button on the side or go to the earphone app and tap (open) and itll open like a car hood. Itll lift. Enough for you to open it. Itll be like a clip and with your force of opening would open up completely. And snap back on and lock on. That would be nice but. Add weight and thickness and such and higher price. So a button hold while opening is best for money and lightweight.

                    Akinaro, 27 Mar 2023-Gimmic? maybe? For me gimmick is having full fledged syste... more😲😲😲 but but but the Google Play Store on the Galaxy Watch 17 has 3,936,381 useless apps and the battery lasts for a whopping 6 hours*! How aren't you impressed!

For me gimmick is having full fledged system and apps on watch as no one with brain will use them on tinny little screen and having battery life of 1-3 days. After all smartwatch is addon to phone, not other way around.
                            -Bezel is the same as normal quartz/mechanical watch
                            -Earbuds doesnt fall off unless you take that watch from your writs and slap it on the ground.
                            -Being lost? Not really, You have bigger chances to lose normal earbuds from Apple or Xiaomi due to bad design that doesnt sit in your ear properly.

                              Those stuffs look kinda cool.

                                    I would like this watch without all that sensors, only with esim, lte, nfc, some messaging feature. And put some extra battery instead
