Redmi Note 12S and Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G are just basically Redmi Note 11 camera design with reskinned things.

bruh Xiaomi, keeping e-waste is a sucks.

What does the letter s in 12s signify? I currently own the 11s; pretty decent phone. What l like about Xiaomi phones is that you can keep the apps locked in landscape mode, whereas on other phones the apps leave landscape mode as soon as you physically hold the phone in portrait mode. As someone who works with PDF-files a lot, this seemingly trivial function is crucial to me. As far as I know, only Xiaomi and Samsung offer this function. Yes, there are apps that allow you to do this with any phone, but they typically have some annoying glitches.

maybe reduce production costs, so REDMI uses the chipset as it is

Hahas, 25 Mar 2023Unbelievable, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S has the MediaTek G9... moreXiaomi has become more expensive and you aren't getting anything as good for the money as the X3 days, chances are they did it so that you'd spend more money on their flagships.

Nameless, 25 Mar 20234G Smartphones should just DIE. We have 2023. We need only ... moreI live in a country where sometimes the HSDPA is just better and more stable than the LTE lol. My phone now supp up to 5G though, but it's draining my battery so much (and also hard to find the network in the first place too)

people cry see this for some reason, this just doesn't necessarily come out anywhere near you. Most countries only get 3 redmi note series. And this may be exclusive in India and China. Because this is Xiaomi's big market, it's natural.

Unbelievable, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S has the MediaTek G96 cpu. Why the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 12S uses the same bad chipset? Wtf? Don't they have any new cpus. In 2023 all new smartphones need to support 5G and 4K video playback. Even my old Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X with the Snapdragon 625 supports 4K. Wtf Xiaomi ? At least they have to lower the prices.

Just release two notes each year and leave it at that. A pro and a pro max and do the same with the other product lines. It's like a strategy of throwing as much poop at a wall and hoping as much as possible sticks. I am not an apple fan. I think they are overpriced and lack innovation but this is one thing they have got down. The simplicity of their product range. They release four or five maximum per year. Even Samsung are now releasing thirty plus per year. Choice is a good thing but too much choice is actually really confusing and leads to buyer hesitation before purchase and buyer dissonance post purchase.

It seems Xiaomi and Samsung will try to force AMOLED display on all customers.

The Redmi note 12 pro 5g, the Redmi note note 4g super note, the note note 12 pro plus 5g nfc turbo. This is what it feels like. Absolutely dreadful marketing strategy and naming scheme. They produce some really good phones from my experience but they're just actually annoying me now.

It's like a tradition for them to release 50 phones of the same series every damn year.

What in the actual f*ck is Xiaomi doing anymore? Are they recycling some old leftover Note 10 Pros to re-release in a new body? Xiaomi is truly the cancer of the smartphone industry!
