Wanted Sony to come up with a successor to the WI -1000XM2. The only 2 things missing from that one are multiple device connectivity and an IP rating. Wish that I would have bought the XM2 before ut went out of stock.

The only feature that will make me upgrade from the c-500 is LDAC support and Multipoint connection. ANC not a fancy feature since I get a proper seal with the current C-500.

C-700 has a grill on the side. That means they will have noice canceling and even with ambient noise mode. Probably gen1 LinkBuds. I'll stick to my C-500.

You can't go wrong with Sony. Even wired ones are great.

Been waiting for an upgrade to the C500's for a while. Other than ANC I hope the battery life with ANC switched off is better or the same as the C500. I can see that it's 15 hours rather than 20.
