        Another phone with 6.4"+? again?.

Why cant Samsung release atleast one compact phone 5.8-6" form factor?

Just pray it uses UFS 2.2 and not garbage eMMC 5.1 nonsense

Anonymous, 04 Apr 2023yet you says different else when xiaomi launched rebranded ... moreThey already have 5G version with sd 4 gen 1, so if you need 5G buy it, doesnt make sense to make another 5G version when it already exist.

saeid, 04 Apr 2023A23's performance is not that good with Snapdragon 680... moreI have the A23 5G version (SD695) and for the price I paid for it, is not a bad phone in performance. True, it has small lag each and there, but I game on it without problems (casual gaming of course).
Just don't buy the A24 4G version and wait for the 5G version instead. Price wise it will be very similar.
I am not planing to keep this phone too long. It was just for short period of time, due to some financial problems. Still, I am not disappointed in it.

Knowing the Samsung and their horrible pricing or better to say a typical robbery on a customer this thing will cost from 300 up to 450 euros vendor dependable and will last 2 maybe 3 years before its get too slow for practical use.
In other words many else brand s will give a many else better solutions to pick from.

Just too many models in low to mid range to my taste. Rather simplify and improve.

eMMC is painfully slow though as the phone takes 2 months to restart or open the camera. If the a24 maintains the battery life as well as upgrades the storage to ufs 2 and adds an AMOLED screen, I will consider an upgrade.

On a side note, I much prefer OneUI on my galaxy to the stock-ish android on my pixel, I hope to be able to afford a high-end Samsung this year.

Not a rebadged A23. If both or any of the expected processors are seen on A24, it will carry UFS 2.2, a much bigger jump compared to emmc 5.1. That alone is big difference.

To be clear for everybody, this will be the 4G version of the phone. And is an upgrade from the A23 4G, at least in the display department. So, good for Samsung.
Most certainly it will be an A24 5G version as well. Hopefully they will use something better than the SD695 in the A23 5G model. Probably this one will remain LCD display, but with 120Hz refresh rate.

[deleted post]The lowest A series are their best selling phones, maybe you should rethink your statement.

If it gets SD680 then it's just an A23 4g rebrand. Nothing really new other than the bezels being the same as the A34 supposedly, I may be wrong so please correct me.

Hopefully if we get a 5g variant, I'd like to see a 7XX SoC used.

Oki, 04 Apr 2023It's gonna be a great deal if it's priced at 200€... moreThis phone is weaker than A14/M14/F14 5G, and those trio are cheaper than €200 in many markets, doeant matter what they price it its not good buy.
