Suppose, a normal user had a bad experience with a Vivo phone. Now, he'd certainly think about switching to Xiaomi, Samsung alongside with Oppo or Realme. There still remains a high chance of buying a new model from the same company.

Just make different product lines like X series for budget, Y series for mid rangers and Z series for Flagships.
