This is a small upgrade to th A53. Not worth the price. I'd wait a year or 2 and watch the price co.e down to 199
It's not worth it. You can find a google pixel 6a for almost half the price of this phone. Samsung is losing there touch because all the galaxy 5g series are more or less the same except for the storage and ram. But who need storage or RAM if your a casual user who won't use it. I'm an American, but I admit a lot of Americans spend there hard earned money on stuff they will never fully utilize. You want a great phone at a cheap price? Go get the iphone 12, it's on sale right now for 200 dollars at boost mobile. That's a great phone that will last you YEARS TO COME. A54 is a RIP off.

I have lost my confidence in Samsung at this point with One UI 4 and 5. I miss touchwiz because you had more freedom with it and Oneui 3 and below felt so clean. I'm just gonna switch to LineageOS on a Chinese phone with a headphone jack and sd card slot or at least if it has 1tb at a reasonable price. Can you unlock bootloader or install a custom rom on a USA Samsung? No. You have no freedom to do that.

      Still $100 too expensive (at minimum)

            Costs as much as A52s (better phone btw) did 2 years ago and on top of that you still need to be in contract. Yeah great deal guys, just keep consuming 👍

This might have caused buyers to either put in some extra money and buy an actual flagship or skip buying altogether. Either way A7 sales must've been poor

It's not ba... moreThat is fine but this phone is only as powerful than the a52s released two years ago and it doesn't make sense. In terms of performance, the a53 from last years was much weaker than the a52s. The a5xx lineup isn't as attractive anymore as they keep omitting important ipgrades. Phones like s20 fe and s21 fe exist and they will do everything better than the a5xx lineup for similar prices.

                      Not sure if people would buy this in the US. When spread out to 3 years of contract, even a $1000 flagships is only a few dollars more. The A series are more popular in countries where people buy their phones outright.

                                  I'm disappointed with the exynos on A54, would've bought it if they had put Snapdragon 7+Gen2 instead.
