Google feeling the heat search is so yesterday , Microsoft will have ai everywhere even in the mousepads made off rubber don't know how that works? The only problem is no one trusts big tech so microphones and cameras is harder to accept

Is there any real application of these school experiment, why should we believe that an NLP bot as bradAI is better than simple text to speach Assistant, an AI might not be able to solve an analogue problem as it's solutions are not finite so classifies as quantum problem but seems it's also not able to scale up. It has not been able to reduce a single professional job so far or it might just be Microsoft bragging in desperation as search engine are not completely obsolete yet, and Microsoft wants a piece of action thinking there won't be any search in future so no scope for NFT as Google didn't save them either, during their tenure as search engine provider!

It's an incredible time saver (basically eliminated half or more of my Google searches. I mostly use them to double check on the bot, but most of the times it gets it right and don't need to crawl endless amounts of trash sites anymore...

Those guys were making fun of the chatbots and how they definitely not the future and ... by now they play catch up. Oh how the mighty fall. Meanwhile my GPT 4 use has eliminated way too many of my Google searches.
Not to the extend of completely eliminating them, but it really did put a dent to my Google search and therefore to Google's ad revenues. It's a legitimate threat that they ignored in their own peril...

I only used Chrome (for comprehensive results) and Brave (for privacy) browsers before. But now, to be honest, I mostly used Edge because of this ChatGPT feature. The search results are more reliable but less comprehensive than Chrome. I can also block ads with Edge (and Brave) without installing an adblocker, unlike to Chrome.

Nice.
I never really liked Bing bot, partially because the Bing search experience is littered with junk like stupid news and stuff I don't care about. And also because I just don't find its answers to be as great/useful as chatGPT itself, which is pathetic considering it's using GPT4.
Hopefully Google's Bard is a more cleaner experience.
