The body and up side is copy from Nokia X7 with little changed design for example the holes and the down side is copy from Lumia.
If this is not true kill me...Hahaha

It's a fake image.
One GLARING mistake is the C E mark on the backside of the phone.
A product would and can only display that mark once: "the product has been assessed before being placed on the market and thus satisfies the legislative requirements (e.g. a harmonised level of safety) to be sold there. It means that the manufacturer has verified that the product complies with all relevant essential requirements (such as safety, health, environmental protection requirements) of the applicable directive(s) or, if stipulated in the directive(s), has had it examined by a notified conformity assessment body." (Wikipedia: CE mark)
A prototype would not go through that procedure of assessment...it is only a prototype and not for sale.
Thus image is FAKE.

Looks like the Nokia Lumia 920. They better come out with something revolutionary like the first iPhone all the way up to iPhone 4. Or I'm jumping ship to Nokia.

it looks like the new gen of iPod nano's I have one and that looks like a enlarged image of it cept the bluetooth receptor of the nano is at the bottom of it and as we all know useless
