(yes the actual name) and they never look back. i hope they would use 782g for the VIP variant. would be a complete, all rounder midrange. sorry this might be offtopic for you but just you want to know.

If they start using the dimensity chipsets, they're going to have to go up in price considerably. If they start pricing their products in a similar range, people are likely to pass and go for the Redmi note series or A series Samsung phones because they have a reputation of using higher graded chipsets. It's strategic marketing. They're targeting mainly poorer markets where disposable income isn't as high. I have several of their phones and I love them. A slight compromise on the chipset power

                      Infinix might go for the good mediatek chipset that Google provides system update with security patch for Android and GKI kernels in less time.

                      Entry level Mid-range: Helio G99, Dimensity 930/D7020
                      Premium Mid-range: Dimensity 1050/*D8020, D7200
                      Best Mid-ranger: Dimensity 8000/8100, D8200
                      Best chipset: Dimensity 9000/9000+, D9200/*D9200+

                      Upcoming chipset with a new platform model or existing model like these (as a refurbished ones) will be good

                      I would expect to start going with these chipset before entering to 2025.
