Typical LG, always behind the pack.
I remember when I had my old Optimus 2X, it was stuck on 2.2 for ages, so much so that ICS was already several months old by the time LG updated it to 2.3. (I did not stick around to wait for the ICS update!)
And you can bet this 4.1 update will be the end of the road for the 4X.

this is just too too late! this is the reason why no matter how good G Pro is, i wont b buying it cuz it'll b forgotten as soon as it is launched! yup, it's the cheapest among the quad cores but it's also the slowest to get JB!

Bad update, unfinished. L9 got better update. Low on RAM, no Qslide. Oversensitive touchscreen. Bad update.
